Fender Jazzmaster 1959

0,00 $
VENDU

Up for sale is a superb 1959/1962 Fender Jazzmaster in sunburst finish!

This guitar is what you look for in a vintage Jazzmaster: Smooth and fast playing neck, amazing tonal versatility and a sturdy yet soft and fluid trem!

Body, pickups, pots/wiring, shielding, pick guard all date to 1959. The tremolo and neck date to 1962 (Neck stamp reads 4DEC62B). Tremolo arm is also original.

The guitar was refinished a long time ago in a stock nitrocellulose sunburst finish (that honestly looks factory... might I say even better than factory!) and 2 out of 6 tuning keys have been replaced, but everything else on the guitar is original.

The original brown hardshell case is also original to the guitar and works as it should!

This guitar also has some very cool Rock and Roll history!

The Jazzmaster was bought , owned and played by Fred Tusa, lead guitarist of famous US\CAN Rock and Roll group (50's and 60's) THE THUNDERBOLTS, as well as the BEAU MARKS.

It has been kept in the Tusa family ever since Mr Tusa's passing, and is now looking for its second owner to continue its legacy.

Feel free to inquire with any further questions
